Anyone own a myer or fisher with the pump inside there engine?

    Anyone own a Myer or Fisher with the pump inside there engine? If you have a pic please post it

    Just cause it seems fitting, our 85 Chev has a fisher under the hood pump, thats got a meyer blade on the front. We also have a 93 with under hood fisher and fisher blade on the front, and a 94 same setup, but it's only a salt truck now, so the blade never goes on, but it does all work.

    As for speed, nope not slow, not as fast as the instant act setups, but not slow at all. At idle they are fast enough, but most times when angling / lifting your doing it as you are reversing, or atleast when your on the gas a little. That helps pickup the speed a little.

    We have changed the pump on the 93 once, as it wasn't putting out enough preasure, was not hard to notice the drop in movement speed. Took it to a dealer they put a gauge on it and it was low.


    They look basically same as the photos that have been posted, same positions, same pump size. I can grab some photos later if you need more.

    96 a diesel? that must be a tight fit if it is.

    we have one on a 97 f350 and at idle it is so slow it even drops slow. at idle it takes almost 10 seconds to drop from all the way up
