Check invoice #s versus payments set up. Once when they processed my invoices they got punched in with the same invoice number and the computer kept kicking out following ones as already paid

Aren't they seasonal or a seasonal cap? Maybe no more payments if you capped out who knows.....best of luck to you.

I am having trouble too. First payment was pretty late, second came the day after the first (which was odd), and now I still have not even got payment 3 of 6 and the snows already melting. I was told on Monday that they "released the payment", but I still have not seen anything and it is Saturday. I don't think these people understand that not getting a payment like this can stress a small business.

Are you guys dealing with Lowes directly or a national?.... 60 days out with a national is not unheard of......

    Stan,
You seem pretty gung-ho about plowing a lowes.....if you choose to work for a national, keep in mind your profit margins will be hit dramatically. That said, There are different nationals even in the same states.... I know of 2 in maine alone handling the lowes (paying badly I might add). My advice to you is do a little homework, head out to the stores your interested in and ask the manager.

Just looking to expand horizons and explore options. Personally I have 7 trucks in the fleet and supported by 6 loaders, several skid steers, and a crew of laborers.

Work for some of these natinols and you can have 1 truck
    And 0 loaders

Starting to realize that. Seems if these big box stores lease the building as an anchor tenant the property owner usually accepts bids directly. Thanks all for the heads up, doing homework under the blazing sun planning ahead.

All the lowes in my area are all cover by brickman management, the do the grass, and snow gets subbed

So I am told. I made my mind up and will refuse to work with a national. Sounds like more trouble than its worth.
