I love getting paid before there's any snow on the ground! Its all about the cash flow!

I got paid! I signed my first seasonal this year and am pretty excited about it. Having a steady check from one of my larger clients definitely gives me an advantage over some of my competition this year.

Yup. All paid for two apartment buildings. The deal was a good price in exchange for early payment.

    Boss,

Is the sled in the back in case you have a breakdown, or for the coffee break in the middle of the route???

I don't like to collect money before a service is rendered myself, you get too much money in too earlly, and next thing you know you are having budgeting issues

I think that will be determined after the year is over won't it? Depending on how much snowfall we have.

Thats ok, I own a snow plowing business.....I'm wealthy! Besides I would only spend it on useless plowing stuff any ways, lol.

In hindsight, that's why I only went with one seasonal this year. Colorado is all over the board in regards to snowfall. Last year, I plowed over 100" in 12 storms. They year before, I plowed 40" in 8 storms.

So far, so good though. Banking money for doing nothing.

I think not getting any money in would cause more problems.

Lol, the goal should always be for a customer to pay on time, the first time they don't, is when they can start pre paying
