I use polar fleece sheets, best investment ever! When I hit the sack I'm instantly warm and snuggy.

It's an app for iPhone that does your time card.

It uses gps to locate where you are and at what time.
I can look at any time and see how many hours I have,
My map looks like a bunch of pins and lines back and forth lol

Today I just loaded a dump truck so I say in two spots.
Just curious if anyone else used them too keep an eye on their guys!
You can't cheat it when you sign in you better be where your suppose to be and when doing your route it will show on a map where you are!

I'm trying it right now, I think it's okay but the $20 a month plus $5 per guy adds up quickly, I'm not sure if I'll renew

Clip board, pen, invoice sheets. Pull in with blade down, stop, select customer's invoice, write date, time and snow depth, finish plowing.

I guess it depends on how many guys you have, our guys all get paid decent so saying your there at 7 but it's really 7;15 pays for it right there!

And I'm thinking it would help billing out like when you got guys moving snow if you set that up hourly.

You can show you got x amount of guys on site at this time.
I thought it was kind of cool is all, we used pronto before and I never got too see how it worked but looked like it was a headache

Mines easier, pull in hit the app, hit start now
It records way more than you will remember plowing that event

If I tried to be strict with/about time my guys would go home. A little leeway with time cards is one of the expected benefits it seems. If they didn't make me a good return on my investment in them, I wouldn't be so lenient. And they know that.
