Any way to release angle ram pressure?

Hello all just looking for a little help.

After the big snows I had to disassemble my Western 6.5 SUV plow to get the A-Frame welded and now the angle ram are extended to far for me to drop the pivot bolt back into place.

Is there a way to release the pressure in both rams so I can push the entire plow back 2-3 inches?

    Thanks!

You should just have to crack then lines at the cylinder. Messy, but that will do it.
