I've replaced motor on insta act and noticed a little play in the valve body bushing that receives the motor shaft. All the functions work but it's noisy, runs slowly and soon stops
Working altogether. Is the play enough to cause the motor to work so hard to stop? The motor is a little warm. The power cables are not hot.
I've taken the reservoir and pump out cleaned the filter and pickup. Checked the valve gears. Replaced two o rings 1 on the plastic pickup and the other on the pump output. Did it miss something causing the motor to work to hard so it stops working?
Way more than knee deep now! any help would be appreciated

First start with you connections. Ck them all. Clean and inspect
Then I would look into a psi test.
