Looks like he is trying to hold it up with straps? He probably blew a hose or something and couldnt keep it up. Im not an expert on meyers so im not sure if you can high chain them.

If I were I betting man, I'd say he broke his trip springs.

Or, he has been strapping a snow blower to the plow.

BS is right, and I think maybe those straps are there for reason that has nothing to do with the plow itself..

nice truck though, lights on plow look newer, maybe the straps are holding the plow onto the truck, because the guy tried to weld it on but it keeps falling off.

I think white garden is right, he has broken springs, or spring mounts

Seeing how the guy has the truck parked a power equipment dealer he's probably picking up parts to fix the issue. not sure why he wouldn't have taken the plow of before the parts run though. Some (don't want to mention any names) would have dug up some rusty pig iron or T post and welded it on with a 110v mig........

I would guess something is really messed up. I am not familiar with Meyer plows but it looks like the cylinder is up all the way yet the blade isn't that high. It also looks like the blade is kinda close to the front of the truck.

He is doing it right though...brought it to the dealer to be repaired.

Lost or broken pivot pin maybe.... If I didn't have a spare I wouldn't want the rams to extend while I transport it..
