as luck would have it my alternator quits on me the day before a big storm. I got a new one, got it installed, but now every inline fuse I put in it blows. Previous weas 160 amp, had two 4 ga. wires each with 80 amp fuse. New alt is 130, got one big 150 amp fuse for the both of 'em. Was intalling in snow, but I thought everything was dry. Didn't change any wiring, Any thoughts?

I may only be a parts changer, but at least I know what parts to change

I suspected the fender mounted starter soleniod before I found the alt not working. Finally changed that, and good ole Knucklebuster started right up, nothing to it. Now if I can jsut find my loose steering problem...

for that loose steering, check the rag joint on the steering shaft.
