Air-less tires

    Michelin is apparently just about ready to release the first "air-less tire on the market,...

    Not sure how the ride or handling would be, but at least you can't have a flat & spike strips won't stop you,....

    Looks very cool! I think they're pretty serious about this, I saw a TV commercial on them........I wonder how well they will hold up.

    Maybe get a set of 285/70/17 M/T's and see how they hold up carrying a V-plow & playing in the mud

    I'll bet they put a sidewall on them if they come out. They'd have to, you couldn't drive in snow or rain...and they're way too ugly to sell. That was probably just to show the insides if they really exist. Nice idea though.

    Seen this awhile ago too , but What do you have to keep buying that steel rim everytime you need to replace them? Its an alright idea its just not practicle on some applications if you ask me.
