Hi guys, I need some information. I have an 05 2500HD pickup and someone was telling me i have to cut my air dam on the front to put my mount on the truck ( it's a E Z mount classic). Do i have to cut it and how much do i have to cut?

If you havent figured it out yet, yes you do have to cut it. The best way is to go ahead and mount the mounting carton under the truck. Then the part you have to trim becomes apparent because the round tubes that the light and pump hoop slide into are partially blocked by the air dam and you will have to cut it out so the truck mount will recieve the hoop.
