You must check the mode number and description. Could be as simple as the light in the pass side disable switch burned out, or pass switch gone bad. Or it could be more complicated. Read the codes.

    What are the codes?

If the light is on, it could have been tripped even tho the bag didn't deploy, if this is the case the module needs to be replaced.

Have you smelled and electrical smells?
On some the wires in the steering column melted and will need to be replaced.

lastely, anyone with electrical gremlins, have your batts load tested,
The electronics are very sensitive to voltage and do weird things when the voltage is low.

You'll never repair the problem without the proper tools. Go pay someone with a high quality scan tool to read the codes.

We gave you more than ideas.
you can read the codes using the key trick or a code reader. your choice.

you can fix it or not
    your choice.
    you could pull the fusses
    your choice.
but i think you choose just to whine about it
as your first post must have been rhetorical.

    have fun

You're wasting your time. Take it to a shop and have them pull the airbag codes

Is this birdseeds brother? Take it to the shop man. An airbag trouble light is no joke. If you have a short or gremlin. Do you really want your airbag to randomly activate?

Traditional scanner won't pull the codes. Air bags aren't a big deal just need to know what you're doing

You're completely wasting your time asking for suggestions without the codes.
