    I need help in what to price 640' of sidewalk around 3 city lots. The are requesting a 1/2" trigger if that helps. How much per foot do you typically charge?

    That is a great question. Around here I have seen pricing all over the board. You need to consider a number of things;

    1) Salt???
    2) Per hour rate, per laborer
    3) Where are you going to put the snow.
    4) Are snow blowers allowed

    Shoveling is not a lot of money ... I'd say most bid low to cover cost in order to get the plowing or the bid high in case they actually get the deal. How much do you pay your labor ( or yourself ).
