I am looking at two loaders for snow removal and to run my skidsteer attachments.

I have relationships with a Takeuchi dealer and a John Deere dealer so the loaders are a SR 65 or a John Deere 244j.

The tak is brandnew for 50K and the 244j has 600 hours for 60K.

The Deere also has ride control and a tighter turning radius..

I have seen good reviews on the deere but have not seen any on the tak.

I have a Tak TL140 and the machine is very nice but need something faster for snow removal.

    Any input would be appreciated.

I have used the 244j with a daniels 14' wing plow. As long as you expect it to do what a smaller machince can do you'll be very happy. All around a great machine for the size..

I've run the 244J before and thought it was a great machine. No experience with the Tak but if I were going to buy I would go with the Deere in a heartbeat.

Were you happy with the reliability?

Did you have a chance to put a large snow bucket on it?
