Hello! It looks like next year I am going to be getting more residential accounts, thus I think I am going to need some more help. My best freind who owns a 2001 F250SD with a 8' Fisher Plow is willing to help me out next year. How should I pay him? Should it be hourly or a flat fee?
    Thank You

you should sub contract him out to help plow and pay by the hour. if you give him a set fee he might start cutting corners.

we pay all our subs hourly and 1099 them at the end of the year. going rate up here is between 40.00 and 70.00 an hour for truck and driver.
