Cooked this up today, hoping it will work good and that ill get to test it tomorrow night

First, pulled the skin off the plow

Cut steel to length and transferred holes from skin

Drilled holes in steel, transferred to rubber

Made a "custom" gasket punch I.E. sharpened a small pipe

    Painted the steel

Used new stainless hardware to button it all up

Let me know what you think! - Nick

Itd need to be modified, the tops of the plows are very different, and the X blade has the X bracing instead of the vertical ribs, so if i was to do it, id just design and weld a stainless one up myself

Could use 304, id really hate to drop all that money and time into making a custom foil just to dent the thing on a snowbank, Hopefully the rubber will work out alright.

guys, also notice in the picture that has the welder in it, on the bottom side you will see a main rotor housing for a Blackhawk Helicopter. We cast them at work (Family business) and are pretty proud of some of the stuff we make ussmileyflag
