Accessory wire?

    2009 F250 5.4L v-8
    putting a western wide out on it, and i need to "Locate an accessory wire controlled by the ignition switch."

    Any idea were this is would be great help!!!

    Worse case you can find an ignition controled power scource at your fusse box and use a pig tailed fuse. There like $2.90 a bag at Napa.

    i pulled mine from the radio accessory. pretty easy to find, or go under hte dash with a meter and pick a wire. then contact it with the positive side of the meter and turn the key to accessory, once it says 12-14 volts theres ur lucky wire!
