Did you clear the code from the ABS module?

Most generic OBDII scanner's wont read ABS code's. You need a good "professional" style scanner like a Snap on MT2500 or an OTC Genesis that any good repair shop would have. Disconnecting the battery will not clear ABS code's either.

It should also clear after a few starts without a code or if you disconnect the battery for a period of time. ( I have a cheap odbII for $70 and it can clear the codes. What it does not do is the wire codes for diagnostic's but, then again I didn't spend a grand on it either ).
