Hey everyone I have been asked to give quote for a seasonal qoute for this location
They want it cleared with a 3" trigger and sand & salt only when needed as a option.

it has 5 overhead doors and mostly dirt.
The long run on the left side is wide as they bring a crane down there.

I'm going to do this with a 8 foot plow with wings.
I was thinking about 1.5 hours with a 3" storm
Now I have to make a seasonal number:D

You could try THIS, and maybe ad a few mins for difficulty dealing with the doors. As for seasonal, I would think, come up a with an # of events per year, and what you would charge per event + 25-50% for a total price.

ok now they want it priced by the inch.
Anyone have a breakdown of this I could work off?
I do have a price in mind of around 400 for a 3 inch storm.

    Thanks

    Price Quote

Okay, this is an actual price quote for snow plowing one of my commercial lots.I hope this will help you out.

Under 2" of snow salting with mag chloride.
2-5 inches parking lot plowed once--$400.00
6-10 inches parking lot plowed twice--$800.00an

More than 10 inches the lot will be plowed accordingly.(3 plus plowings)
Loader to push back snow will be billed at $150.00 per hr.

    I Hope This Helps!
