    I finally blew my tranny.
It went at 183,568 km. which were all snowplowing or heavy floating.

I was snowplowing at the time. I went into a pile and tryed to reverse out but it would not work. So I got pulled drove the truck home took off the plow and drove the truck to the dealer for a new tranny.

How long has your 4L80E lasted?

My 4L80E is still going strong. 253,000 km on it. I pull my bobcat around with it, and 50% of the time its pulling a trailer. Keep the fluid and filter clean, and it'll last a long time. They are great trannys.

I have the "tranny vac" once a year and on heavy snowfall years I change the filter and fluid again.
