Hey guys its been awhile. Thought I'd throw out a couple pics from getting things ready this fall. We had one 4" wet snow we pushed last week but that's it so far. Forecast says 3-6 this coming week so we will keep our fingers crossed. (For those of you that don't know me...not all of the equipment is mine...some of it is...some of it is not. )

Very nice equipment, Those are some expensive loaders for moving snow. I could not support them with my snow operations. Wish I could. My loaders are 1970 to 1990.

I like your J.D. front mount with the broom. Good for sidewalks?

Yes..I love it. It's hard to belive the thing is 18 years old. I have put a little money into it but we'll worth it. I converted everything over to JD quick attach as those front mounts didn't come like that. The attachments were kind of a pain to switch. I have a 60 broom. A 60" utv v plow that I cut down to 54" for doing sidewalks and a 50" Erskine snowblower for it. All are setup with jd quick attach so I can change from one to the other in about 1 minute. I redid the inside of the cab with 1" tractor cab insulation and sealed it up good. Made it so much qieter it's amazing. Have a radio mounted in her and the heater will cook you out. I priced out a new 1545 jd with a blower and a broom and it was about 35,000. I think I'll stick with my current rig. Lol I love the visability out of the front mounts and the fact that all of your weight is on your drive tires. Even blowing 2' of snow I don't have traction issues with the tires I put on. Best little money maker I ever bought.

    It's crazy what they want for a new front mount. I have a 2005 F1445 with a 7-iron 72" cut deck.
Love it! 31 H.P. Yanmar diesel is great, 2700 hrs with minimal repairs.

I like the broom and blade you have, and being able to switch them for the depth of snow is really handy. Thumbs Up
