    I have a 99 Ford F150 5.4 with a 9.75 rear diff
I need to replace it any opinion on what some
other guys use if switched. Looking at
Auburn, Eaton, Detroit,or Dana are there
some better then others or different problems
with them. The clutch pack keeps going bad
in the diff that I have now so I am going to replace
the thing and be done with it.

Did you put the right grease in the rear end? With the friction modifier?
If the pack's going bad if may have another problem. Like bearings or something. If you have not owned it it's whole life it may have been in an accident. Which bent the tubes or alignment. Are you installing the clutch packs as instructed with all the suggested parts?
Ford has procedures for stuff that differ from the ways other manufacturers do installs.
Always follow the instructions, use the right materials noted in the repair manual, they do it for a reason.
