I have been told you can grind a small amount off your front calipers and they will fit. Never tried it myself. Why do you want to run 15s?

You might be able to grind the calipers but I don't think you will fit over the drums.

8 lug probably won't fit since that is a HD 3/4 ton as opposed to the light duty 6 lug and even the 5 lug that some vans would have. Hd 3/4 ton have bigger brakes and you need at least 16" to clear them usually. But to be sure you could pop off a front and rear wheel and measure to see if it will actually clear.
