So I still run 3" on my truck. Quiet, adequate but short lived in aftermarket world. MBRP has 4" turbo back systems for 600+/-, good for life.
With 3" the exhaust comes out with some pressure, sending it far away from the truck. Will the 4" tend not to send it so far away from me and my lungs? Any thoughts, or should I ask my physics teacher?tymusic

As far as sending it far away. That's the whole hose example. Smaller hose, more psi less volume. Bigger hose, more volume less psi.
Where do you have this exhaust exiting that your worried about your lungs?

    Passenger side right as stock.
Some situations I plow right to left so on a still, cold day it lingers.
I often plow with windows down.
