Just asking--- I am pretty sure a 2015 3500 srw D-max will handle a 9.6 xv3 or the Western version. At least e match says it can. Does any here run one? Do the wings scrap? Even though E match say it will handle it are they too heavy? I have a 8.6 extreme Vee on my 11. No problems. Handles it well. Don't have to go bigger but Would like to go bigger on my 15. Trying to order a 15. The dealer can't tell me if I can get the 6000# front end. I am sure a Dmax with the snowplow prep comes with a 6000#front end, but their build guide only puts a 5600# in it. It is taking over a month to get this ordered. I am almost thinking about going to a ford.

It'll hold it just fine. I'm still almost 100% certain the trucks that have the diesel and plow prep get the 6k front end.

My 2015 3500 srw D-max with plow prep has 6000# front end. I can't tell you about the 9.6 but it holds my 8.6 mvp3 fine. How much heavier is the add'l 12"?

I have no idea about an xv3 but a 9.5xv2 is about 100 pounds heavier than a 8.6xv2. Also xv2 are are about 50 pounds more than their xv counterparts.

Front axle is rated at 6,000lbs, you can add any plow you wish.
