Will a bad transfer case cause the truck to feel as the transmission is slipping?
My Bronco has a 142,000 miles on it and 1 year of light plowing, 300 cu. in. six, automatic trans.

It probably is your transmission. The transfer case can cost almost as much as a transmission rebuild sometimes if the case is fried or cracked.

Ford transfer cases use AFT and some have 3/8's square drive plugs or large allen wrench plugs. There is a drain plug low and a fill plug high, off set from each other.
