I just replaced the front springs in my 86 F-150. I got the at Carquest for $ 75.00. They offered them in stock and heavy duty. Since your front end is sagging with the stock springs, you can figure it out. The front end is now back to where it was without the plowframe and pump on it. Maybe even an inch higher! This is really all you'll need to do on this old truck frontend if you put on a plow! I did buy the air bags for the springs, but did'nt need them. When you lift the plow, the bumper only goes down an inch.
