For those if any, have a Blizzard 810, mounted on a Ford TTB, believe its a Dana 50 Indenpendant frontend. What troubles/breakage have you had to the front axle? Thanks

Hopefully the axle is rated for the 810's weight.
( Mine is a heavy Husky 7.5 Myer plow )
If it's anything like the Dana 44 you get about 30K between parts replacements. My F250 and most plow truck owners ( I have talked to ) of the same truck have the same experiences.
The hubs are cleaned and lightly greased.
The U joints will need replaced, I do wheel bearings and races every 60K.
You may have to take the center section out of the axle to get to one U joint. The ball joints and some steering parts may need replaced. Keep an eye on the front brakes. The calipers tend to freeze up if not cleaned and lubed at slide points regularly. Keep the tires rotated so they wear out close to the same time.
