    Hi Folks,

I have a Blizzard 2005 800HD plow on my 2005 Dodge 2500 Quad. I noticed that there is now an 8000HD available, and was wondering what the difference between the two is?

I'm very happy with the plow, haven't had any problems. Strongly made and A Frame and pistons are extremely beefy.

    Thanks

    same blade then - 800HD vs 8000HD

    So basically,

same blade, same plow, just different wiring, under carriage??

No the blade is lighter, and we really don't know yet how they will hold up. They are more like a white western now.
