Salter is used but in good shape. Salter is stored with fluid film on it and lubriseal on all the bearings. Conveyor has plenty of life left in it. Motors are clean and not corroded. I powered it up yesterday and everything spun smooth.

I have an older controller and wiring for it that was removed and the wiring that is on it. We ran it in a large parking lot so it was ran with a heavy duty toggle switch breaker and salt flow was controlled through the chute flap

I only owned hydro spreaders. Mine I can adjust material chain and spinner. I guess what I'm asking you if you have everything like when it was new? Older controller is it original? Looking for back up unit.

Not my places but I think it's not the correct controller
Both motors will work full speed and u can set chute for amount of salt you want to come out and spinner will only throw at full speed

I do the same on my salters because we only do parking lots
And mine also have side flaps to set how wide it will throw
Hope I'm correct and that it helps

Maybe electric is not for me, I only do lots to. Some of my jobs got roadways, Fire lanes around the whole property. I don't want to be on a road wide open even with the flaps set. Furthermore what would you do when there open and cars are present. I got one lot that is one way. The way some park you can barely get a 9' plow in there.

I'm kinda cheap with salt, I don't want to over use, Just salt present. I don't know I never had nothing but hydro.
