I have a 1972 ¾ ton 4x4 and the plastic center part of my front hubs with the pin through it keeps breaking. Is there a fix?

Milwaukee - I not remember thread chevy think thread truck. Learn how to communicate you idiot. And Jeff I'm sorry I forgot I was in the Chevy part of this forum and not the truck and equipment part. As for your problem I would get either Warn or Superwinch replacement locking hubs which should stop fix your problem.

ps - for what its worth I have found that a locking hub you turn almost a complete turn to be easier and more troublefree than the kind that you only move an 1/8 turn or so. I think it was the Warn hub that is like this.
