Ok heres the situation. I have an 86 1 ton dump with a 6.2 diesel. Truck has around 80k miles on it. Runs great truck is in excellent condtiion. Auto 4x4 etc. Anyway, when the truck gets driven to a job and shut off it is hard to start again. Even 5 minutes after it is shut off. Starts great when cold. I cant figure this one out. I do not believe its a glow plug issue as the truck is already warm. No it is not overheating just at normal operating temp. It will start when warm but takes a bit of cranking......any ideas? B&B again, I am looking for your help lol. Thanks in advance!

It might be your fuel pump. try pouring some cold water on it then try starting it.
