Just a quick idea on how to make some cheap snow deflectors and not get hosed buying the factory ones.

Went to my local Farm-Fleet store and bought 2 large truck mud flaps for $12 each. They are 30 inches by 24 inches nice flexible black rubber.
Next walked over and bought 2 pieces flat stock 2 inches wide by 4 foot, 1/8 inch thick. About $5 each with tax total was $36 bucks.

Simply cut the mud flaps in half so you have 4 pieces 12 inches wide 30 inches long. Drill 8 holes in the steel to match the top of the blade. I just over lapped the mudflaps in the middle of the blade and bolted them down using the factory bolts. This left about 9 1/2 to 10 inches of overhang off the front of the plow.
