    - 3500hd's come in either Single Rear Wheel, or Dual Rear Wheel.

    - The GVWR for the 2500hd is 9200lbs, and the 3500hd is higher at 9900lbs for the SRW, 11,400 for the DRW.

    - Front axle rating is 4800lbs standard on the 3500hd, and is same for the 2500hd, except the regular cab, at 4500lbs.

    - 3500hd's cannot be had in a crew or ext. cab short box. Long box only.

Numbers below are for the regular cab SRW.
    - rear spring capacity is up 500lbs on SRW 3500hd (6500 vs 6084)

    - unless its a typo, the rear axle weight rating is 6500 (3500hd), 6900 (2500hd)

    - Max payload is 4,181 (3500hd) 3,644 (2500hd)
