any idea how much salt it would take to salt a 3/4 miles of 2 lane blacktop paved road? I'm in Michigan - for private quote. Thanks/

I spread my roads at a minimum of 200lbs per lane mile up to 500. I also pre-wet the salt so that helps reduce the amount I need.
What's the requirement of the road, bare pavement? I would say a safe number, each trip down and back, would be about a half ton.
