Had to retire the '84 K35 dump truck, rusted out for safe on road use. This means I will have to put the sander (new one) on my '01 2500HD. I need to add some load boosting. I've made up my mind to use timbren SES kits both front and rear.

I would like to add the kit for the 3500.

From what I can tell the only all the mounting brackets and hardware (minus the Aeon rubber) are the same. The 3500 kit can handle 1600 lbs more.

PDF files showing parts break down.

My concern is that the Aeron rubber is taller on the 3500 vs the 2500HD.

    Has anybody doe this?

I do understand that issues with overloading the 2500HD. I will only will be traveling (heavy loads) in a 5 mile radius, rural setting.

    Thanks.
