I'm pretty happy the way my 3/4 ton holds the weight of the 9'2" just needs to snow so I can push some snow with it

Timbrens and crank the t bars is the way to go! I did it with my chevy 2500 reg cab and it's great.
What's the weight on your dxt?

I punched my 3/4 ton truck info into the Boss website last week for the plow selector and it wouldn't let me select a DXT for it. I know people do it though. I didn't think it was that much of a weight difference between the vxt & dxt to cause that.

Yea my vxt is a poly too so I think its around 100lbs heavier as well. Handles it great though

I think it said it weighed 923lbs , I put a leveling kit in too. I'm looking for a little v box or hitch salter for counterweight

DXT is by far my favorite plow. We have several VXT's that i wish were the DXT's. They skip over the obstacles that would normally stop you in your tracks.

I love my 8'2" with wings...never another straight blade or anything but Boss...Our 8 foot straight from last year has been great as well!
