is traction control on my truck going to be more help or hinderance when i start plow this winter? i can shut it off, i do find if im trying to get into traffic turning right and the right tire spins on wet pavement it activates and actually slows me down, which does make it (in my eyes) more dangerous and difficult getting into traffic.:bluebounc

Anytime the plow's on my truck, the traction control is turned off!

Ive got a '11 gmc 2500. The traction control simply cuts poweer to the engine if it senses wheel slip. I turn it off.

I thought traction control was the abs pulsing. Either way I'd shut it off
