I have begun my first ever install. I am putting a Minute mount 2 system on a 2010 Chevy 1500. I successfully installed all of the electrical components.

I am about to begin installing the push plates and timbrens. I have a simple question about the bumper notching. Can I just notch the bumper in place with a multi tool and then install the push plates? This would eliminate the step of removing the lower portion of the bumper. Is this doable or will the bumper be in the way still for installation steps?

    Thanks for the help:drinkup:
