2005 f350 brake and trani lines

    Who has replaced all there brake and train lines any idea on cost for both and replacement material . did you go with ford oem or try to put a non rusting lines back?

    Tranny lines I would order, the brake lines are easy and Id use the nickel copper lines and bend them up.

    If you can get the trans lines from dealer I'd do it. Brakes lines aren't available from tbe dealer after a few years, so I'd go aftermarket and buy the anti rust ones

    You need a disconnect to get the trans lines out of the cooler if I remember right.

    Check the dipstick tube for the trans they like to rot as well. They're a two piece design.
