    The blade is not a 2005, it's an old 9' MM1.

    Believe it or not his insurance company bought him another 2005 Chevy 2500HD and they paid to get the truck out of the ice.

    The insurance company didn't buy him a truck. They gave him what his truck was worth minus his deductable and he bought whatever he wanted.

    i never ceases to amaze me how many trucks a year fall through the ice in maine. i know some of these guys plow some of the ponds for ice fishing, crossing, etc. but why anyone would take a $20k truck onto untested ice is beyond me :eek:

    You guys every see the truck in a NH pond that a skidder pulled out, and when he did, he folded the truck like a pancake!! waste of a truck!! There are videos of it on YouTube!!

    You should post the video. They would have used a skidder to get this truck out, but it was 1/2 mile off shore. I know you can't tell by the pics, but this truck got stove all to hell when the hauled it out of the ice.
