2003 Chevy 2500 HD - the heater blower only works on the setting 5, so I either have extreme heat or no heat. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong...the switch or something else?
    Thanks for your help.

Blower resistor for your fan. Located behind the glovebox. When they snap they only work on high.

Yep, very very common on the 99-up Silverado's.. When you change the blower resistor also check the connector plug too, as they love to melt the connector housing and terminals also. You can purchase the replacement connector plug separately.

    Thanks for the info.

I'll look into the resistor. I'll be back...
