Here is an old pic of my truck from last fall, just after I had the plow installed... Since that pic I have added timbrens, and 2" plow stops... Looking at replacing my torsion bars soon, I think my driver's side is weak...

What did you have for stops on before? I did quite a bit of damage to my plow because of the 2 inch stops. My dealer finally put the 4 inch stops on.

When in Vee, the back of the plow would hit the pump when fully raised. Damaged the pump housing, lift chain, and a hose.

You must have a bent wing or something. We been runing 2 inch stops for 3 years on many 8.5 v's and one 9.5 v plow with no issues. The trip spring has gap from the pump housing when vee'd back. I know the pump will get smashed if u take the bump stops totaly off.

That is/was possible. Almost the entire plow was just re-built. It's a great unit..........

I like that body style, it needs a little suspension work and probably 1 if not 3 washes.

It'll rain soon. Gray trucks are the best.

They're like brakes for your plow.

They limit the uptravel of the blade. Fisher supposedly provided three different lengths with the XV. The intaller is to use the set that works best for the truck.
