Wow, this will be my 1st year in the snow service side apart from the landscaping.

I have read some of your guys topic and they were all very informative and useful, good job guys.

anyways, do you guys have a minimum call out charge for snow service? I wont go ou for anything less then $315 on a commercial site ie) 24unit townhouse complex..

The only tools I have are snow shovels right now, but I'll have a snow blower as a rental lol..

Well anyways welcome to plow site.

    1. What exactly are you doing (PLOWING, SHOVELING, AND SO ON)
    2. How long will it take you (BALL PARK)
    3. What equipment do you have
    4. How much are you getting per push?

Sorry, as you can tell I'm a newbie..

I dont have a plow on my truck because its onl a 2 wheel drive..

The only equipment I have right now are snow shovels and a snow blower..

I dont know about per push, I was just going to charge an hourly rate of $100/h for 2-3 peple and then additional $30 for per person?

Ill show you guys all the pictures of the places that I will be doing and you guys tell me what you think...

Most likely I'll be plowing snow onto a sidewalk of the places, I'll be doing all sidewalks/driveways/residential walkways..

When you say per push, I'm nt sure what you mean? $50 per push?

I'll post some pictures of the places, thanks guys.. sorry again..

We are making it hard??? First you are now plowing snow unless you have a plow. What are you planning on shoveling??? Are you talking parking lots, driveways, sidewalks.... saying a 24 unit townhouse complex just is not going to cut it.

Sorry, I should get the terms correctly..

I am not snow plowing because I dont have the plow equipment, but rather I am shovelling snow and using a snow thrower..

I will submit pictures... Sorry again guys

Pictures are not necessary, a simple text description will do. Like I plan on doing 15 driveways approximately 25' x 40' will do. Just be specific. Photos can actually me misleading, a description is much better(at least for me).
