1st problem of the year

    Well went and hooked up the MM1 today

    Pump runs but will not do nothing

    Will not lift,

    Left to right, pump runs non stop till you bump it up then shuts off.:help::help:

    Nope, not likely.... not if the pump only "sticks on" in angle left or right position...

    That would be why end of the year last winter, it would stop work some times then would.

    Bad Joy would also not let it raise Right?

    Definetly.... B&Bs knows it. Give it a shot. Worked for us last winter on a couple of trucks.

    OK Controller it is!

    Fisher Dealer is 75miles away.
    Can I use a western Controller?

    What one is better the mini Joy or the hand held?

    You should be able too I used a mm1 9.5 V plow last year and it had a western controller in the truck.

    Absolutely Clap, either brand will work. Joysticks have always seemed to be more redundant than the handhelds but it's up to you for preference of course.

    I would go with a a hand held fish stick because it is more friendlier with your plow. The plow will glide to a stop instead of stop abruptly like it will with a joy stick. Plus being able to shift to reverse and raise the plow at the same time makes plowing alot easier and faster.

    And whats the cost on this unit?

    Used is fine... just try to get the person to show you working first then buy. Some had circuit board problems causing the controller to fail compleatly (probably from water getting inside).

    B&B gave you the numbers and price if you want new.
