Unfortunatly google earth didn't have an up to date image of the lot. It's roughly an 80 car lot. The red is a median in the middle.

Any ideas how much to charge for salting/plowing?

The lady thinks the guy now is over charging. I checked out the lot and the guy seems like he knows what he's doing. I just wanted to get some expert advice before I take work away from anyone.

Government building, so they will take the lowest bid.......I'd say $50.00 a push. And even at that you will most likely be undercut!
