Here's the truck in my signature. Just picked it up Monday.

So far the things I've done to it is:

    Fluid Filmed the plow mount
    Fixed exhaust leak
Put my dual LED dash light under the seat

Not looking to dump over $500 into more lights. Any ideas? I was thinking of maybe putting hide-aways in the rear lights only.

looks good. Is that a uni-mount or the ultra-uni conversion? I got a chrome grille sitting in my basement for one of those trucks if you want it. Came off my old 99 F250.

That's a unimount. My friend has the same on his 02 f350.

And that truck needs towing mirrors.

tim, i believe that the uni-mount was later newer style because the top link arms have spring loaded design . i have older one and it just and pin with a cotter pin design . but there decent plows the pro plus are a bit on the lighter side compared to like a fisher but mvp is good blade .

2nd i think its the newer style most likely B&B will chime on and know however i don't think it really makes a different uni-mounts will work any age . sorry for confusion i think your right pro plus came out with the ultra mounts . btw tim your just helping it ok i might get the smack down your'll be right

looks nice, you definately should get tow mirrors. for lights if it was me i would put two beacon lights on it, one on each corner of the top of the dump box then youll have 360 degree coverage for an awesome price. i picked up two star 255 tc strobe beacons for $130 and they come with quad or double flash.

keep an eye on exhaust manifolds, they are notorious for it but once updated they are pretty solid.

nice truck though, and a nice price

Ya watch those exhaust manifolds. I had to do mine at 120kmi on it. they are a pain you never want to do it. you risk breaking a stud in the head.

dont be afraid. just if it happens take your time when you do it. people rush things and they snap just take your time. and i advise to put brand new ford oem studs back in when you fix it.
