I have a 1998 Chevy 1 ton with a 6.5 diesel. It has 2 fuel tanks and it used to draw fuel from both tanks equally. Now it only draws from 1 tank . I checked and found no power to the back pump, so I changed the fuel relay and it still did not work. Is there a fuse I missed or is it something else? What could it be ? Thanks for info.

There should be a fuse. 1st check to see if you have power at transfer pump. If you do the it may be the pump or a plugged vent. If you do not have power you will have to work your up to the fuse. Could just be a bad ground...
