1994 chevy 3500 headlight problem

    the headlights weren't working the other day when I picked up the truck but then I unplugged the plow and pluggedit back in then turned the switch on and off and it worked. Now not working again. Replaced switch. And relay and still. Also no highbeams. Help anyone

    If you mean you unplugged it at the grill connectors, then there lies your problem, get some good electronics cleaner and spray them out and make sure your connection is good. Otherwise, I would look at the harness where the factory lights plug into it.
