If its a good price jump on it,nothing wrong with half ton GM trucks for plowing.

My first truck was that exact style, and I plowed a LOT of driveways without any problem (and hadn't even considered ballast!).

What are they asking for the truck (don't want to jack the thread or your find) my brother is looking for one just like it. If you don't want it could ya shoot me the number thru a pm? I plowed with a half ton reg cab short box for 2 years and never had a problem. I also had a boss 7'6'' steel straight blade on it too. No rear weight either.

Those half ton chevys are good trucks. My buddys 94 1/2 ton 350 has about 335k on it and it just wont die.
