    My spare

Bought a second Ebling last fall, was going to install this unit on a second truck but decided not to as I don't trust my driver enough, has issues remembering stuff, can't take a risk he will forget to fold in a wing if you know what I mean...

So the hitch, wiring harness, controls are all new in the box, the blade was used last
winter and shows some wear and tear, has had some welding done to repair bad factory
    welds which broke.

Mount has never been installed, so it maybe able to be traded in at Ebling for a different one, purchaser would
    have to confrim..

Will take a few pics of it and post when I get a chance....

I wish you were closer too. I'm really starting to want one, can't beat the asking price, my local Arctic dealer wanted $3600 CDN for the 7'6 plow partner back plow, seemed like a waste of money.

Did you get your Ebling from JD Dave?

I talked to JD Dave about ordering one as well. Ended up having shipping problems and was going to take a while. Very productive

Why would you let something like that sit outside and waste away? Couldn't you at least cover it?

I haven't had a issue with welds on the bar thats welded to the wings, but I had a problem this year with 2 hinges (on one side) that broke on the mold board. Not sure if ice was inbetween the wing and mold board or not (I always shake the wing via the hydros to dislodge anything like that before closing it). But it was clear there wasn't penitration of the weld. The weld was also real narrow and not wide enough in my opinon for the hinge to be welded to the mold board. Blade looks great though, and I'm sure it will sell soon enough. The lack of snow has everyone pinching pennys.

    Welds

Found a broken hinge lower yesterday on my new Ebling thats only done about an hour plowing... :( weld looked like SWISS cheese, 20 mins with a grinder and welder and it's all fixed up again....

Seems to be the theme when you own an Ebling, you better own a welder...

Yeah I hear ya. I think if they layed a wider weld where the hinges mount to the mold board they'd hold up better. I mean in my experience its the truth.
